Your room is available from 2 pm on the day you arrive until 10 am on the day you depart
Private parking is available and free of charge. We also have a garage and an electric car charging station at a small extra cost.
Your four-legged friend is welcome everywhere in the hotel, except for restaurant, garden and pool. The daily surcharge is € 15,00. Please note we only accept small pets (max. 5 kg).
Regulation, Responsibility and Obligation of the customer for their pet
In order to respect the common areas and other guests, we list below some rules to follow:
In all common areas, animals must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier. In addition, access is prohibited to the spa, to the garden, to the restaurant.
It is forbidden to let the pet go on beds, armchairs, chairs or use the linen provided for them (towels, blankets, pillows, etc.).
The cleaning of the room by the maids can only take place in the presence of the guest and with the animal on a leash or in the pet carrier or, in agreement with the maid, when the room is completely free.
The customer also commits to not to leave the animal alone in the room for too long.
It is the guest's responsibility to respond to any damage due to excessive noise or inappropriate behavior that may cause disturbance to other guests, which could lead, in extreme cases, to end the stay with immediate effect.
The customer is responsible for the behavior of the pet and therefore responds directly to any damage or injury to people, animals or things within the assigned room, the hotel facility as well as in the immediate vicinity of it. The customer commits to indemnify and protect the accommodation or the staff connected to it, from any request for compensation, indemnity or reimbursement of damages, costs and expenses (including legal ones) connected to injuries or damages caused by the animal.
At the end of the stay, a thorough inspection of the unit is carried out, in the event of damage or destruction of any equipment (furniture, objects, fabrics, etc.).
Therefore, on the day of arrival at the Hotel, a sum of € ___________ by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) could be frozen or a cash deposit could be required at the moment of check in.
We reserve the right to ask for further compensation once the damage has been quantified.
Indoor pool & Spa
Our indoor pool and spa are open daily from 9 am to 8 pm and are reserved to adults only (min. age 18 years old). Bio Sauna and turkish bath can be on in the afternoon only, according to the weather.
Our pool is a therapeutic salted water pool. No type of chemical agent is used for cleaning, but salt which is a natural disinfectant and makes the skin smoother, also avoiding that annoying chlorine smell.
Explore our surroundings on two wheels! We offer complimentary city bikes. It's not possible to book them in advance, just check availability at the hotel reception when you need them.
For your own bikes we have a specific deposit and, in the case of e-bikes, it is also possible to charge them in our e-station.
Please inform us of any special dietary needs before your arrival (especially allergies, intolerances, vegetarian, vegan or celiac menu). Our restaurant is AIC certified (Italian Celiac Association) and is ready and willing to satisfy every request.
Dress code At the restaurant, for dinner, we kindly ask to our Guests to dress appropriately (in particular long trousers for men).

To make the most of your relaxing holiday on Lake Garda, we suggest you to book treatments and massages offered by our Beauty Farm in advance.
Unused services and meals
All the unused services and meals are not refundable.
Air is a precious good and belongs to everyone, thanks for not smoking in the room and in the public areas.
The minibar contains hotel drinks (not included). The hotel has the right to prohibit the use of the minibar for products purchased outside the hotel.
Reservations are valid only after 25% deposit or through a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) guarantee.
Methods of payment
Deposit through bank transfer or through a credit card. Departure account settlement: Cash, Visa, Master Card.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked. This amount is collected by the hotel for the local town council. Children up to the age of 14 are not required to pay tax. In Riva del Garda is the tourist tax € 1,30 per person and per night.
Trentino Guest Card is much more than just a simple tourist pass, it is the easiest and most convenient way to enjoy everything that Trentino has to offer! It gives you free or discounted entry to the main museums, castles and natural parks. It also allows you to circulate freely on public transport, avoiding traffic and parking problems and offers a range of discounts and access to exclusive services such as guided tours, priority entry and tasting events. To require your Trentino Guest Card ask at the reception, it's free of charge!
Cancellation policy It is never pleasant to cancel a reservation or anticipate the departure for both parts. The penalty percentage which will be hold is related to the total estimated.
Up to 15 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
From 15 to 3 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;
From 48 to 24 hours before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
The arrival day or for no-show: 70% penalty;
Early departure: charge of the total amount of the stay.
