Bookings: Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit for 3 days stay or through credit card guarantee are valid.
Cancellation policy: it is never pleasant to cancel a reservation or anticipate the departure for both parts. In these circumstances it is necessary to charge you 3 days
cancellation fee (including the deposit) and all days booked made within 15 days before the arrival .
In case of deferred check in or advance departure we will charge you for every day of your original booking;

Children reduction: from 0 to 3 years 100% / from 3 to 11 years 50% / from 12 to 17 years 30% / from 17 years 20%
During fair and business period hotel can apply the high season rates.
