Here you can find answers to our most frequently asked questions. We hope that they will help you plan your holiday, but if you still have doubts or concerns, call us or write to us: we are here for you!

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?

The room is guaranteed after 2.00 pm. If you arrive in Riva del Garda earlier than that, please come to us straight away: while you are waiting you can leave your car in the car park, relax in our garden, have a drink or eat something on the terrace: we will do our best to prepare your room as soon as possible.

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?

The room must be vacated after breakfast, between 10.00 and 11.00 am. in order to give enough time to the chambermaids to carefully prepare the room for the next guests coming.

  • DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK?

We have a free private outdoor car park. For those who prefer, we also have a garage, available with a small supplement.

  • DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO STORE MY BIKE?

Certainly yes! In our garage you will find our free Bike box. It is very safe because it can only be opened by our customers travelling with bikes and it's also under video surveillance.

  • CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC CAR AT THE HOTEL? WHAT ABOUT MY EBIKES?

Of course, we have a charging station for your car (extra charge) and also a station for our and your ebikes.

  • HOW MANY ROOMS DO YOU HAVE?

We have 57 rooms of various types: from the basic to the most precious ones.

  • DO YOU OFFER FULL BOARD?

Lunch is available and à la carte. At lunchtime you can enjoy our delights freely, choosing from our Chef's proposals on the menu.

  • DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH LAKE VIEW?

We are located about 300 meters from the lake: from some of our rooms you can glimpse the lake in the distance but our views are anyway spectacular: hectares of vineyards, a park with a swimming pool and our beautiful mountains. Please note that the basic rooms can be on lower floors and have no particular view.

  • HOW FAR IS IT FROM THE CITY CENTRE?

With "centre" we mean the pedestrian area where you can start shopping: it takes about 5 minutes on foot to cover about 800 metres.

  • I EXPECT TO ARRIVE AROUND MIDNIGHT: IS ANYONE THERE AT THAT TIME?

Our night porter is waiting for you. Give him your documents and he will show you the way to your room. The girls at the reception are waiting for you the following morning from 07.00 am to meet you and give you all the useful information about your stay.

  • WHAT IS THE OUTDOOR POOL TEMPERATURE?

This is the question that always puts us in crisis! It's difficult to give a single answer. The pool water is heated by the sun's rays and its temperature is therefore linked to the weather situation.

  • WE ARE TRAVELLING WITH A DOG: IS IT A PROBLEM?

We love animals and we love even more the owners of dogs who travel with them responsibly. Responsible means to have respect for other guests and for the spaces and furnishings of the hotel. We only accept small dogs (not in all rooms category) and kindly ask you to respect our regulations. We also ask you not to leave them in the room alone for too long: they suffer and sometimes we have heard them barking and crying!

  • I AM CELIAC: IS IT A PROBLEM?

Absolutely not, you are welcome. We are the only hotel with a restaurant member of AIC (Italian Celiac Association) in Riva del Garda and for this reason we guarantee safety and our professionalism in preparing suitable food for you. Please let us know while booking: it is very useful for us!!

  • DO YOU HAVE BICYCLES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?

Yes! We have city bikes to go to the lake, to the city centre or to get to Torbole and we also have super ebikes for trips to destinations that would otherwise be difficult to reach. The city bikes are available free of charge while the ebikes are subject to a charge.

  • DO YOU RENT EBIKES?

  • IS THE ACCESS TO THE SPA INCLUDED IN THE ROOM PRICE?

Yes, relaxation is for everyone!

  • WHAT ARE THE SPA AND POOL OPENING TIMES?

The indoor swimming pool is available from 10 am to 8 pm. The sauna area is turned on on request during the warmer months and in the afternoon in the intermediate months. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 8.00 am to 7 pm.

  • CAN I BOOK MASSAGES BEFORE ARRIVAL?

We suggest you do so: this allows you to choose with greater freedom the times and treatments you prefer and better organize your holidays.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN YOUR SAUNA?

In respect of the different cultures of our customers who come to Lake Garda from all over the world, we ask you to remain covered by wearing your swimsuit or wrapping yourself in a towel. For some people it is more natural to be undressed while for others it can be a problem and we always stand for mutual respect!

  • UNTIL WHAT TIME IS THE BAR OPEN?

Our barman Renato closes around midnight but if you want to continue the evening our concierge will take care of you!

  • UNTIL WHAT TIME ARE YOU OPEN AT NIGHT? CAN I COME BACK AT ANY TIME?

Free to have fun until dawn: the Hotel is always manned even at night.

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SWITCH TO HALF BOARD?

If you are in doubt about whether or not to book dinner, we can help you: contact us and we will make you an unmissable offer for the half board.

  • DO YOU ALSO CATER FOR VEGANS/VEGETARIANS?

We do our best to satisfy every need. Please let us know about it before your arrival so we can organise everything in the best way!

  • IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING ON THE MENU CAN I HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE?

We are doing everything possible, we will try to do the impossible, we are preparing for miracles. We like this quote because it shows our way to be: if you tell us your needs we are willing and ready to fulfill them. We haven't yet learned to read minds even though we are constantly looking for a course that can teach us!

  • WE WOKE UP LATE: CAN WE STILL HAVE BREAKFAST?

Smiles and breakfast are never denied. There won't be a Buffet if you wake up at 12.00 but you can find the smile of our team, an excellent cappuccino and some small nibbles to start the day.

  • DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE FOR THE RESTAURANT?

We show up with an impeccable uniform: jacket, tie and well-ironed shirt. We ask you to show up tidy, dressed appropriately, leaving your beach shorts in your room for the following morning.

  • I HAVE TO LEAVE EARLY: CAN YOU ORGANIZE AN EARLY BREAKFAST?

Please inform us the day before and we will provide you with a small breakfast even at dawn: no problem at all.

  • WE BOOKED WITH HALF BOARD BUT WE GO ON AN EXCURSION AND RETURN AFTER 9.00 PM: IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE DINNER UPON OUR ARRIVAL?

We don't watch the minute and if we know you might be a little bit late we will wait for you. If it is later than that, we can make an agreement and let you find something to eat anyway.

  • CAN I PUT MY MEDICATIONS IN THE MINIBAR?

Yes, certainly. The minibar is a bar service and we strongly encourage you not to use it as a refrigerator for food or drinks that come from outside but medicines are another matter.

  • DO YOU HAVE A MORE POWERFUL HAIR DRYER?

We'll also do your styling if you want!! Jokes aside, we have higher voltage hair dryers, just ask at Reception.

  • CAN I USE THE IRON IN MY ROOM?

We are in Trentino, in the province of Trento, a province that enjoys autonomy in various matters including security. To prevent the possibility of fires, irons, even travel irons, are therefore prohibited in hotel rooms. We have a convenient and fast laundry/ironing service.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE POOL TOWELS AND BATHROBES?

You will find everything in the room: bathrobes, pool towels and slippers.

  • I AM ALLERGIC: CAN I HAVE A ROOM WITHOUT MOQUETTE?

We take note about it but we still feel like reassuring you on the subject: our rooms are sanitized with ozone, a gas that kills viruses, bacteria and even mites. Perhaps not everyone knows but it is certainly not the carpet that creates allergies: always be careful of pillows and mattresses, beloved refuges of the feared mites.

  • IT'S MY PARTNER'S BIRTHDAY: CAN YOU HELP ME ORGANISE A SURPRISE?

We can consider ourselves specialists in this, it is one of the things we love doing most. Take a look at our small and big ideas.

  • WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE BILL?

If you plan to leave early in the morning (before 7.30 am), we invite you to settle up your bill by 10 pm the evening before.

  • IS THE HOTEL LOCATED INSIDE A ZTL ZONE?

Don't worry, you don't risk a fine to get to the hotel.

  • CAN WE STAY IN YOUR HOTEL WITH OUR CHILDREN?

We are a Romantic Resort with services reserved for adults. We love children and know their needs but we are not equipped for them.

  • I NEED TO LEAVE EARLIER THAN PLANNED: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION FEE?

We are always very sorry about this but the room was booked for you and denied to other people who wanted to stay with us but could not find a place. We are therefore forced to apply our cancellation policy. We remind you that we offer you the opportunity to get a travel insurance.
