The Stube, according to Trentino tradition, is the typical living room of our mountain areas. It was once the only heated room in the house, the place for confidences, stories, meals and evening conviviality. We have tried to recreate the same intimate and silent atmosphere to offer you a timeless journey to discover dishes rooted in our land, with the aromas of rare and sought-after ingredients, offering a delicate selection also reserved for vegetarians.
