USE OF THE MASK

The use of the mask is mandatory in all common areas: this means that if you need, for example, to ask for information at the Reception, if you have to take the stairs to go up to the room or get on the lift, we thank you for wearing a device that protects us.

HAND HYGIENE

As you have already noticed, you will find dispensers in some spaces of the Hotel to sanitize your hands whenever you need them.

The sanitizing gel, in addition to having a disinfectant, bactericidal and virucidal power, also contains emollient agents to ensure gentle and hydrated hands.

COMMON SPACES AND SERVICES

The cleaning of all the surfaces of the common areas is intensified: in this way we ensure the cleaning and disinfection of all environments, surfaces and objects that come into contact by applying a careful internal cleaning protocol. In any case, we invite you to prefer the use of the toilets in your room to those on the ground floor.

PERLA DI LAGO RESTAURANT and BAR

Our team of waiters led by our Maitre Ignazio is looking forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.

Breakfast is served from 07.00 to 10.00 in the morning and dinner from 19.00 to 21.00 in the evening.

For the duration of your stay you will be assigned your table: this to guarantee you always sanitized chairs and table linen.

Every day you can go to our great breakfast buffet, respecting social distancing and wearing a mask and disposable gloves. 

At dinner things have not changed: the service will take place with à la carte menu that our Chef prepares with great care and attention in compliance with all HACCP hygiene rules.

At the bar let yourself be advised by our Barman Renato for an excellent gin & tonic or a refreshing drink.

YOUR ROOM

The rooms where you will stay will be cleaned and disinfected daily according to the protocols established by law and with the best products.

For years we have collaborated with Komplett Soc. Cooperativa, a company specialized in cleaning and sanitizing rooms. We have always given great importance to cleaning and this year we will be even more careful. For some time now we have been using the ozone machine to totally eliminate mites, bacteria, viruses, molds and odors that could compromise your rest.

All linen is entrusted to an Industrial Laundry which guarantees daily, in compliance with current regulations, clean and always sanitized linen.

The air conditioning will be turned off during the morning while the ladies take care of the cleaning: this is to ensure the exchange of natural air.

SPA & BEAUTY FARM

Spa and idoor pool are available for Green Pass Owner only.

To find a sense of absolute and unlimited relaxation, therefore, our beauticians have prepared new treatments and massages for you. It was a difficult period for everyone in which we have accumulated a lot of stress and for this reason massages, body and face treatments and many, many pampering await you.

If you do not want to give up a moment of abandonment in absolute exclusivity, we recommend you to book our beautiful PRIVATE SPA: a cave reserved only for couples!

Before undergoing a treatment you may be subjected to a fever measurement: it is always good to inform our girls about your health (allergies, circulatory problems, pregnancies ...).

For all those treatments where close contact “vis à vis” with our beauticians is foreseen, you may be asked to wear the mask.

The girls will wear a FPP2 mask without valve and, for the treatments that require it, protective gloves to guarantee their and your protection.

POOL

The outdoor swimming pool is available from 8.00 to 19.00.

The swimming pool water is checked and sanitized regularly, just like before.

Access to the outdoor swimming pool is free. The sun loungers are disinfected by our staff every day. They have been prepared to guarantee the necessary distances: what you are asked to do is simply to guarantee them.

For a sense of greater safety, additional sanitizing dispensers are available in the various corners in the garden.

The indoor swimming pool has limited access to 8 people at a time and is reserved to Green Pass owners.

We also remind you of the obligation to take a shower before entering the water.

BICYCLES

Bicycles remain the best way to discover Garda Trentino.

Although they are sanitized several times a day, we refer you to the principle of co-responsibility, inviting you to sanitize your bicycle after your use.

The sanitizing spray is located near the bike storage.

We want to make you feel safe but relaxed, we want to work serenely trying to offer you the best possible stay!
