Our Chef  loves offering fresh and light proposals, innovative ideas to surprise and make you fall in love with us.
He is attentive in following the season's rhythms and prepares genuine dishes which reflects the seasonality.


The Restaurant is open every day also to external Guests from 12.00 to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the opportunity to choose to eat in the main restaurant or in the private Restaurant Vecchio Pozzo.

Lunch is served on the terrace by the pool.

Dress code: long trousers for men at dinner time.
